Membership Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a membership with SVGBOMB.COM, you agree to comply with these membership terms. If you do not agree, do not register.

2. Membership Eligibility

  • To be eligible for membership, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Membership Fees

  • Membership fees are monthly, annual, lifetime and are due at the time of registration.
  • Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. Membership Duration

  • Your membership begins on the date of registration and will continue for the selected duration unless terminated earlier as per these terms:
    • Monthly Membership: Lasts for 30 days. Membership will automatically renew unless canceled at least 5 days before the renewal date.
    • Annual Membership: Lasts for 1 year. Membership will automatically renew unless canceled at least 5 days before the renewal date.
    • Lifetime Membership: Lasts indefinitely. Membership does not require renewal, but can be terminated at any time.

5. Member Responsibilities

  • Members must use their membership in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Members agree not to engage in any activities that could harm SVGBOMB.COM or other members.

6. Termination of Membership

  • SVGBOMB.COM reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for violations of these terms or any behavior deemed harmful to the community.
  • Upon termination, you will lose access to all member benefits immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SVGBOMB.COM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the membership.
  • Members assume all risks associated with their use of the services provided.

8. Changes to Terms

  • SVGBOMB.COM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on the website.
  • Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of governing law jurisdiction.
